Role Description

The role involves:
- Implementing and reviewing security measures
- Performing system upgrades
- Coordinating with vendors or service providers as needed
The specialist will:
- Provide responsive technical support
- Document solutions
- Contribute to IT process improvements to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including systems administration and IT operations.
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security, with experience configuring and maintaining secure network environments.
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to support remote users and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with cloud-based tools, remote access solutions, and collaboration platforms.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in an IT role supporting consulting, education, or professional services organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
