An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join a growing technical team, supporting a diverse client base across infrastructure, cloud, and modern workplace technologies.
This role is ideally suited to an experienced professional looking for a varied position that combines project delivery with senior-level technical support. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering technical solutions, resolving complex issues, and helping clients maximize their IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver infrastructure, cloud, and security projects from planning through to implementation.
- Lead technical upgrades, migrations, and deployments across Microsoft and virtualised environments.
- Provide senior-level troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Work closely with clients to design and deliver effective, business-focused IT solutions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation while contributing to service improvements and best practices.
- Support knowledge sharing across the technical team and assist with the development of junior engineers where appropriate.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Previous experience in a senior technical support, infrastructure engineering, or technical projects role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Intune, Entra ID, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
