Senior Infrastructure Architect
Location: London
Role Type: Permanent
Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

What you'll do
- Define and govern infrastructure architecture, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, enterprise standards and strategic direction.
- Provide architectural oversight for technology projects, change initiatives and releases, ensuring compliance with governance, risk and security requirements.
- Develop infrastructure standards, design principles and technology roadmaps to support long-term business goals.
- Collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders to evaluate, design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Produce and maintain high-quality architecture documentation, standards and design artefacts.
- Partner with global teams to drive consistency, best practice and continuous improvement across the infrastructure landscape.

What you bring
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect, or in a similar architecture role, within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, design principles, governance and risk management.
- Broad knowledge of current infrastructure technologies, platforms and enterprise architecture best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience producing architecture documentation and design artefacts.
- TOGAF certification, or an equivalent architecture qualification, is highly desirable.
