About this Position As the Senior Cluster Infrastructure Manager for Northern Europe, you will lead a dedicated team of 12 across the region, with 6 direct reports across 10 countries. You will hold full accountability for Facility Management, Fleet Management, Security Management, and Health, Safety, and Environment (SHE). The role will be based at the UK headquarters.
What You´ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Governance
Domain Strategy Execution: Accountable for implementing comprehensive regional strategies, meeting targets, and KPIs across all core domains (Facility Management, Security, Health, and SHE) within the Northern Europe cluster. Policy & Compliance: Ensure all cluster operations strictly align with corporate policies, regional guidelines, and local legal frameworks. Continuous Improvement: Identify operational gaps or areas for enhancement, initiating regional and global projects to strengthen infrastructure and sustainability practices.
Regional Infrastructure & Site Operations
Asset & Operations Management: Oversee the execution of strategic, large-scale projects related to Real Estate, Facilities, Fleet across the cluster. Functional Excellence: Promote and imbed expert-level standards in Duty of Care, environmental sustainability, and modern workplace facilities management.
Security
Crisis & Threat Management: Act as the primary coordinator for the cluster's response to potentially high-impact events, leading Crisis Management, Threat Management, and Business Continuity efforts. Risk Mitigation: Maintain robust protocols to safeguard corporate assets, data, and most importantly, the physical safety of all employees.

Stakeholder & People Management
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 6 direct reports (with broader oversight of local country teams/reports across the Northern Europe cluster). Executive Collaboration: Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including Country Executive Committees (Excoms), Regional Leadership, and Global Functions. External Networking: Represent the organisation in relevant external professional networks to benchmark practices and capture industry insights.
What Makes You a Good Fit
A minimum of 8 years of progressive, professional experience within Corporate Infrastructure, Facilities, or HSE, including at least 3-5 years in a dedicated leadership role. Proven track record of managing Facilities, Health & Safety, and/or Security functions across a multi-country geographical cluster. A degree in Security, Safety, Health, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and managing cross-functional, diverse teams within complex, matrixed environments. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and challenge constructively at all organizational levels. High level of personal initiative, strong accountability, resilience under pressure, and an inspiring, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally across the Northern Europe cluster as required by the business.
