Senior Infrastructure Development Manager
๐ London (Hybrid) | ๐ฐ Up to ยฃ80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
I'm working with a fast-growing energy infrastructure business delivering large-scale low-carbon projects that are helping to decarbonise towns and cities across the UK.
They're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to originate and develop new infrastructure opportunities, build strategic relationships and negotiate complex commercial agreements that support major investment projects.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with developers, asset owners, local authorities, and public-sector organisations.
- Identify and develop new infrastructure opportunities.
- Negotiate Heads of Terms and support contracts through to completion.
- Collaborate with technical, legal, commercial, and investment teams.
- Manage a strategic pipeline of opportunities using CRM.
- Represent the business at stakeholder meetings and industry events.

Essential
- Proven experience building relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Experience working on complex, project-based opportunities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across technical, commercial, and legal environments.
- Self-motivated with a collaborative, hands-on approach.

Desirable
- Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, property, or major projects.
- Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Knowledge of low-carbon infrastructure or regulated industries.
- Experience working with developers, local authorities, public-sector organisations, or major estate owners.
