Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Windows - London - Contract
We're working with a leading research and technology firm looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance a large-scale Windows infrastructure supporting critical business platforms.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on Windows infrastructure, VMware and Citrix, with a key project around migrating enterprise telephony and video conferencing from Webex to Microsoft Teams.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting and improving a large enterprise Windows Server environment
- Managing Active Directory and core infrastructure services including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Administering VMware vSphere infrastructure
- Managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including VDA and Provisioning Services (PVS)
- Supporting Microsoft 365 services, with a particular focus on Microsoft Teams
- Playing a key role in the migration from Webex to Microsoft Teams for telephony and video conferencing
- Delivering infrastructure upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
- Working closely with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to maintain a stable, secure platform
