Job Title: Senior Infrastructure and Network Consultant (12 month fixed term contract)

Location: Bristol (remote with occasional travel)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

People Talent have partnered with a growing consultancy who are looking to onboard a Senior Infrastructure and Network Consultant on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a hands-on role delivering and supporting modern infrastructure solutions across a diverse client and partner base with a range of technologies.

The Role:

  • Design, deploy, and support customer IT infrastructure and networks.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across a range of hybrid environments.
  • Deliver client-facing projects across networking, virtualisation, Cloud and MDM.
  • Automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

The Candidate:

  • Networking: CCNA level or above (routing, switching, VLANs).
  • Firewalls: Deployment & support (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Sophos).
  • Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Local / Azure Stack HCI.
  • Servers: Windows Server (AD, GPO) + Linux administration.
  • Cloud: Azure and/or AWS.
  • MDM: Microsoft Intune/Jamf.
  • Automation: Strong PowerShell scripting.

  • Base salary: £50,000-£60,000
