About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing technology business that's investing heavily in its internal IT and cloud infrastructure.

This is a newly created, high-impact role where you'll act as the technical lead within the Internal IT team, working closely with the Head of IT Operations to shape infrastructure strategy, deliver major transformation projects, and mentor fellow engineers.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Leading the migration from on-premises Windows infrastructure to Microsoft Azure and cloud services
  • Modernising enterprise networking with cloud-based technologies and Global Secure Access
  • Managing and optimising Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
  • Delivering Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Autopatch and modern endpoint management solutions
  • Implementing Microsoft security technologies including Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Cloud PKI and Enterprise Application Management
  • Acting as the senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
  • Driving automation, improving IT processes and enhancing the end-user experience
  • Leading business continuity, backup and disaster recovery improvements
  • Producing high-quality technical documentation and infrastructure standards

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior infrastructure engineering role
  • Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server
  • Experience delivering cloud migration and infrastructure modernisation projects
  • Knowledge of networking, identity management and endpoint management
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices
  • Passion for automation, continuous improvement and secure-by-design principles
