We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Future Programmes Lead to support the assurance and integration of infrastructure programmes within a highly regulated defence environment.

In this role, you will act as an intelligent customer for current and future infrastructure requirements, ensuring infrastructure plans align with operational needs, strategic objectives, and wider delivery programmes.
You will work closely with stakeholders, compliance teams, and programme partners to support future capability planning, infrastructure optimisation, and safe operational delivery.
Required Experience
- Project management experience within complex programmes or infrastructure environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Engineering experience, particularly within mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Location
The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
