Skillsets required:

  • IBM MQ on z/OS
  • Dynatrace
  • ServiceNow
  • Jira

Scope of services:

  • Proficient with IBM MQ on z/OS.
  • Knowledge how to configure and administer MQ in the z/OS platform.
  • Installation, patching, configuring, and problem determination for IBM MQ on z/OS.
  • Experience and capability in dealing with vendors for problem / incident determination.
  • Use of SSL and management within the MQ environment.
  • Proficient in data transfer to and from host systems.
  • Configuring security, defining Queue Sharing Groups, gathering and analysing statistics and accounting data for performance tuning.
  • Troubleshooting/Performance Tuning of Message Queue applications.
  • Provide 24x7 on call support in addition to support out of hour changes as and when required.
