Our client: A global FMCG leader with an iconic portfolio of household brands enjoyed by millions worldwide.
The role: We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Innovation Project Manager to take a central role in delivering our innovation and activation programmes. This is a high-impact position where you will sit at the heart of the organisation, connecting strategy to execution and ensuring that brand initiatives are delivered brilliantly, on time, and in full. You’ll work across multiple teams to shape the innovation agenda, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure best-in-class execution in market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the innovation pipeline and long-term roadmap
- Drive integrated commercial and annual planning processes
- Align senior cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Finance) to deliver seamlessly
- Oversee execution of launches and activations in market
- Manage risks, priorities, and trade-offs across multiple projects
- Improve processes, systems, and pipeline visibility
- Lead and develop a small high-performing team

About You
- Branded FMCG / Consumer goods experience
- Strong programme/project management experience in a matrix environment
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of managing a team of direct reports
- Confident decision-maker who can prioritise and drive pace
- Confident communicator with the ability to inspire and align teams
- Collaborative, adaptable, and results-focused
