Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our ever evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you’ll own
- Qualify and manage inbound leads, determining appropriate sales processes, promoting products and services, and converting enquiries into profitable customers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting on agreed partner contact lists and follow-up to drive conversion, ensuring proposals, Client Services Agreements (CSA’s) and client documentation (including checklists) are accurate and timely.
- Ensure compliance by completing risk assessments, adhering to pricing policies, and meeting regulatory and company standards.
- Collaborate with the Sales Support, Compliance and Business Development teams to ensure prospects and clients meet required standards and conversion objectives.
- Manage incumbent client reviews, including rate checks and SLA commitments, to ensure retention and growth.
- Maintain accurate pipelines in Salesforce, recording client information, tasks, cases, and actions to maximise sales effectiveness and provide timely reporting.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPI’s, including funnel activity, proposals, close rates, and compliance service levels.
- Participate in sales and product training sessions to strengthen solutions-selling capability and confidence.
- Collaborate with our UK Field Sales teams where required to handover merchant opportunities requiring face to face sales.
- Periodically be onsite at our Partner offices to work through Partner Sales and Account Management teams to drive incremental opportunities from their customer base.

What you’ll bring
- Payments or Financial Tech Experience
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in internal customer support and/or internal sales.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative communications skills with demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone, influence and negotiate effectively and engage in mature, solutions focused conversations with customers.
- A solid understanding of the sales processes supported by practical experience using Salesforce
- Strong administrative capability and attention to detail with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Ability to work independently while identifying business opportunities and driving new sales in a competitive environment.
