As a Senior Insight Executive within Morrisons Media Group (MMG), you'll transform customer behaviour, sales performance and campaign results into insights that shape how brands invest their marketing budgets. You'll become the go-to expert for MoreViu, Morrisons' customer insight platform, helping unlock its full potential across the business while delivering insight that creates real commercial impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of one of the UK's fastest-growing retail media businesses, collaborating with clients, strategists and media specialists to influence campaigns from planning through to measurement.

What you'll be doing:

  • πŸ“Š Turn customer, sales and campaign data into actionable insights that influence brand strategy and media investment.
  • πŸš€ Become the expert in MoreViu, driving adoption of Morrisons' customer insight platform across MMG.
  • πŸ’‘ Identify customer trends, growth opportunities and audience behaviours that help brands grow.
  • πŸ“ˆ Demonstrate campaign effectiveness through meaningful analysis and compelling storytelling.
  • 🀝 Partner with Client Services and Connected Media teams to support planning, pitches and commercial conversations.
  • 🎯 Translate complex data into engaging presentations that clients genuinely understand and value.
  • ⚑ Continuously improve MMG's analytical capabilities, tools and ways of working.

What we're looking for:

Essential

  • Experience analysing customer, retail or commercial datasets.
  • Strong understanding of how retailers, brands or category teams use customer insight.
  • Ability to turn analysis into clear, engaging commercial recommendations.
  • Experience creating client-ready presentations, not just reports.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curious, proactive and naturally analytical.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with customer insight platforms such as MoreViu, Kantar, Circana, Dunnhumby or Nectar360.
  • Retail media experience.
  • Campaign measurement or effectiveness analysis.
  • Customer segmentation or audience planning.
  • SQL or data querying experience.
