Senior Insight Lead

Brighton, hybrid, 2 days per week onsite £90,000 - £100,000 base salary Hybrid working, 2 days per week in Brighton 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & more

We’re supporting a fast-scaling, international marketplace business that is investing heavily in how data is used across the company.

This is not a “more dashboards” type of role. It is a senior insight and data leadership position focused on improving the quality of commercial decision-making across customer, pricing, marketing and finance.

You’ll lead the central analytics and insight capability, manage and develop a small team, and help shape how the business moves towards a more modern, AI-enabled, democratised approach to data.

The role sits at the centre of a growing hub-and-spoke data model, working closely with embedded data roles in product/platform squads while owning the central foundations: certified metrics, semantic layers, trusted insight, governance, standards and decision-support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
