About Us

If you’re an experienced Senior Insolvency Administrator or Insolvency Administrator looking for a role where you can genuinely progress, this opportunity stands out.

You’ll be joining a practice that is expanding rapidly, meaning you won’t be stuck in a static role. Instead, you’ll manage a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, work closely with experienced IPs, and have the freedom to shape how cases are run. This isn’t a box‑ticking environment — it’s a place where your judgement, initiative, and technical expertise are valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case management — Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments, including Administrations, Liquidations, CVLs and CVAs.
  • Statutory compliance — Preparing all required reports, notices, statements of affairs, and decision procedure documentation.
  • Stakeholder communication — Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, agents, and financial institutions.
  • Investigations — Conducting investigations into director conduct and company affairs.
  • Team support — Assisting with training and mentoring junior administrators.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
