The Role
We have a rare opportunity to join us as an Experienced Senior Broker within our Corporate Risks Division. This role is ideal for a methodical, organised, and efficient professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
We currently have an opportunity to join our established Broking Department, handling a diverse range of client business within the Corporate Risks Division. As a Senior Broker, you will:
- Work alongside an experienced team to manage complex insurance programmes
- Oversee the broking process, ensuring the efficient placement and servicing of client accounts
- Support in coaching and developing a high-performing division

Key Responsibilities
- Addressing client queries and providing advice for complex requirements
- Designing solutions through detailed knowledge of products and providers
- Negotiating and building strong relationships to retain a profitable book of business
- Maintaining positive internal and external working relationships
- Managing workload efficiently to meet service standards
- Ensuring an outstanding client experience through exceptional communication
- Supporting teammates and participating in team initiatives
- Attaining necessary CPD hours and maintaining technical knowledge
- FCA regulation compliance

The Ideal Candidate
You are an experienced insurance professional with:
- A commitment to self-development and strong technical awareness
- High standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency
- Ability to set priorities, meet goals, and follow through
- Adaptability to change and new challenges
- Proven expertise in corporate risk insurance (preferably 10+ years)
- Desirable: Experience with Acturis system
- Desirable: CII qualifications
