WE ARE:
At Adaptive, we’re the leading experts in custom trading technology solutions. We craft bespoke front-office platforms for financial services firms that want to own their technology, differentiate in the market, and keep innovating for the long term.
Through a unique combination of deep capital markets expertise and world-leading technology, we help clients build high-performance, resilient trading systems across asset classes and create lasting competitive advantage.
At the heart of it is Aeron®, our open-source technology used by hundreds of market participants to build high-throughput, low-latency, resilient trading systems, on-premises and in the cloud. Together with our broader platform and accelerator capabilities, it helps clients move faster without compromising on performance, control or flexibility.
With offices in London, New York, Barcelona, Montréal, and Manila, we support firms globally. We’re expanding our marketing capability and looking for someone who can help turn that story into bold, commercially effective campaigns.
We’re looking for a Senior Integrated Campaigns Manager: someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, campaign execution, technology and commercial growth. Someone ready to plan, shape and execute integrated campaigns across Adaptive and our product priorities, bringing both strategic thinking and the hands-on energy to see them through.
If you love building bold campaigns, telling stories that resonate in a highly technical space, and working where marketing genuinely drives commercial impact, this is your invitation.
Come build something powerful with us.
YOU ARE:
- Someone who turns a strong idea into a campaign that actually performs.
- A strong communicator who makes complex fintech and trading tech clear and compelling: not dumbed down, just sharp.
- Hands-on with the message, the copy, the assets, the execution: all of it.
- A source of commercial focus and momentum for the people around you.
- Genuinely curious about capital markets, technology, and the audiences shaping where this industry goes.
YOU HAVE:
- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in fintech, capital markets, trading technology or another technical B2B space.
- Experience marketing to technical and engineering-led or commercially sophisticated audiences, Open-source knowledge a plus.
- Proven ownership of integrated campaigns across email, web, content, webinars, field, paid and nurture.
- Strong messaging and copywriting instincts, with confidence drafting campaign assets directly.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar tools, plus Canva, Figma or Adobe for first-pass creative.
- Commercially focused, organised and able to think, write, build and drive campaigns through launch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

THE PROCESS
Long interview processes are stressful and boring, and that is not us.
We want to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
So here you will have four stages:
- A chat with one of our great recruiters.
- A first interview with one of our lovely marketing specialists.
- A second interview with our lovely Head of Marketing. Beforehand, we will ask you to prepare a short exercise (don’t worry, we will explain everything when the time comes!).
- The exercise is designed to give us insight into your thinking and approach. It won’t be time-consuming, we don’t expect you to spend hours on it, as it’s not a paid task.
- A final interview with the Director.
A little tip for you during those stages:
Collaboration is massively important to us, so do not hesitate to share your thoughts, ask questions, ask for help if needed, and show us how you think.
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION:
Diversity and inclusion are key to a great workplace, and Adaptive is better when it is more representative of the world around us. We want everyone to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work without any fear of judgment or negativity.
All we ask is that our colleagues are respectful, collaborative, passionate about what they do, and have the skills needed to be successful in their roles.
