Company Overview
Alloyed is a young venture-funded company built with world-class metallurgists, mechanical engineers, technicians, and software developers. Operating from our HQ in the UK but also globally, we are building the future of advanced metal components. Our innovative approach integrates proprietary software that combines advanced machine learning and physical modelling with extensive experimental facilities, enabling us to 3D print metal components more efficiently and effectively than anyone else.
Our facilities in Yarnton and Abingdon, near Oxford, are dedicated to establishing the world’s fastest, smartest, and best-equipped environment for the rapid development of additively manufactured parts and the creation of novel metal alloys for enhanced performance.
We serve a variety of sectors including electronics, aerospace, and industrial by leveraging our cutting-edge technology to build businesses across diverse markets, each with unique requirements, timelines, customers, and cultures.
Role Overview
Argive, a division of Alloyed is currently designing microturbine engines for a range of jet propulsion applications. The system architecture is simple, with outer diameters ranging between 60-240mm considered. The products use additive manufacturing to increase performance compared to state-of the-art incorporating complex designs and proprietary high temperature materials, including nickel superalloys. The engines also have a consolidated part count and can be manufactured and scaled cost-competitively in the UK on Alloyed’s assets.
Argive is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to take ownership of the documentation and technical activities required to integrate our engines into customer platforms. You will be the technical authority responsible for ensuring that operational activities at test facilities and customer sites are executed flawlessly, acting as the bridge between Argive's engineering teams and the platforms into which our engines are installed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
