Senior Interaction Designer Bristol (Hybrid) £40,000–£65,000

We're Healthia, a Bristol-based service design and user research consultancy working with health organisations, government departments and third sector clients. We help people have better experiences with health and care services, and better lives as a result.

We're looking for a Senior Interaction Designer to join us permanently. We want someone who's genuinely excited by the idea of a new challenge and wants to make a real impact. If you're the kind of designer who brings ideas, energy and dynamism to a project and inspires the people around you, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll lead interaction design across discovery, alpha and beta, working alongside researchers, service designers and delivery partners to shape digital tools and services that genuinely improve people's lives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
