We're partnering with a highly respected, design-led architecture and interiors practice in the search for a Senior Interior Architect to join its award-winning workplace team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the UK's most thoughtfully designed commercial interiors, where design quality, craftsmanship, and technical excellence are given equal importance.
The studio is looking for an experienced Interior Architect who can confidently lead projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, combining strong technical expertise with a genuine passion and eye for design.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Interior Architect, you'll take ownership of projects through the technical design and delivery stages, ensuring design intent is maintained while overseeing successful project execution.
Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and the wider design team, you'll lead the production of detailed drawing packages, manage construction information, and play an active role throughout the delivery process.

This role offers the perfect balance of technical delivery and creative involvement, allowing you to influence projects from design development through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of high-end workplace interior projects from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
- Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers throughout project delivery
- Manage projects on site, attending regular inspections and resolving technical challenges
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction
- Lead project coordination meetings with clients and external consultants
- Manage project programmes, deliverables, and technical documentation
- Mentor and support a small team of Interior Architects and designers
- Contribute to design reviews and collaborate closely with the wider creative team

About You
- Significant experience delivering high-end workplace or commercial interior projects
- Strong technical knowledge across detailing, construction, and project delivery
- Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
- Confident producing and reviewing comprehensive construction drawing packages
- Experience leading projects through construction and site delivery
- Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Passion for both design quality and technical excellence
Please note, this is a studio-based position
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000pa
