About CARPENTE

CARPENTE is an architecture and interiors studio creating deeply personal homes shaped by artistic sensitivity, trust and close collaboration.

Recently named among Country & Town House magazine’s 50 Finest Interior Designers 2026, we are entering an exciting period of international growth.

We are a small, focused studio where every team member contributes meaningfully to the work, the projects and the culture of the practice.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Interior Design & FF&E Coordinator to support the delivery of a significant private residential project in Dubai.

Working directly with founder and Creative Director Christophe Carpente, you will coordinate the interior design and FF&E workstream, helping to keep actions, information and decisions moving accurately and on time.

This role sits between creative direction and project delivery. You will translate Christophe’s instructions into clear research, organised project information and coordinated action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
