Senior Interior Designer- Super Luxury Hospitality & Residential

Central London | Hybrid (4 days studio / 1 day home) | Global Projects

We are working with a small, highly regarded interior design studio based in Central London, specialising in ultra-luxury hotels, private residences, and exceptional bespoke environments across the globe.

Seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join the team with strong concept experience and a refined design sensibility to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work on beautifully crafted international projects with a collaborative and design-led studio. Creativity is key. We are looking for someone who is leading new ideas.

The Role

You will lead and contribute across all stages of high-end hospitality and residential projects, from concept development and some delivery. The ideal candidate combines exceptional creativity with strong technical capability and confidence managing complex luxury interiors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead luxury hospitality and residential projects
  • Develop high-quality design concepts, presentations, and client materials
  • Produce and coordinate with the team design detail
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors internationally
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and site visits where required
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards

Requirements

  • Significant experience within high-end hospitality and/or luxury residential interiors
  • Outstanding portfolio demonstrating refined contemporary luxury design
  • Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
  • Revit / Autocad Knowledge
  • Excellent space planning, FF&E, and material specification skills
  • Experience working on international projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident working in a small, collaborative studio environment
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
