Senior Interior Designer

Senior Interior Designer (Full-Time) – High-End Residential Developer

Location: North London

Employment Type: Permanent

A leading contemporary design property developer based in North London is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Client leading Interior Designer to join their growing in-house design team. This is a client-facing, permanent position offering the opportunity to work on exceptional high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.

About the Role

You will take a leading role in the design and delivery of bespoke FF&E schemes for luxury residential developments. Working closely with internal teams, external consultants, and high-profile clients, you will be responsible for creating refined, cohesive interiors that meet the highest standards of design and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design process across multiple high-end residential projects Client facing and strong presentation skills. Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications Source premium furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and budgeting Produce detailed FF&E schedules and documentation Oversee installation and styling to ensure design integrity Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and polished experience

Proven experience at least 6 year in high-end residential design (essential) Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury interior projects Excellent client-facing and presentation skills Strong knowledge of suppliers, materials, and finishes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite) Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
