Senior Interior Designer
A leading, design-led architecture and interiors studio is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead beautiful hospitality and residential projects from concept through to completion while mentoring a talented team and helping shape the studio's creative direction.

The Role
You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, developing strong design narratives, leading client presentations and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest creative and technical standard. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you'll oversee multiple projects while mentoring junior designers and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop creative concepts, presentations and design narratives.
- Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships.
- Oversee project programmes, resources and design quality.
- Produce and review design packages and technical information.
- Mentor and support junior designers.
- Collaborate with the wider design team to deliver outstanding projects.

About You
- 6+ years' experience within a luxury interior design studio.
- Strong hospitality and/or high-end residential experience.
- Proven experience leading projects and managing clients.
- Excellent concept design and presentation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp.
- A confident leader with a collaborative approach.
