About The Role:

We are working with a highly respected, design-led studio that delivers experiential projects across a wide range of sectors, including Retail, F&B, Workplace, Aviation and Branded Environments, both locally and internationally.

They are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team and contribute to the creative and strategic delivery of projects across multiple scales, from pop-ups and immersive interiors to large-scale, complex environments.

This role would suit a confident, conceptually driven designer with a strong ability to translate ideas into well-resolved design solutions, from brief development through to technical delivery and site implementation. You will play a key role in shaping creative vision, supporting client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high visual and technical standard.

Our client offers a beautifully designed London studio, a top benefits package and hybrid/flexible working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to the creative development and delivery of interior design projects from concept through to completion
  • Translate design ideas into well-resolved, high-quality design solutions across multiple scales and sectors
  • Maintain a consistently high visual and technical standard across all project work
  • Confidently present design proposals internally and to clients, supporting ongoing relationships
  • Manage projects through all stages, coordinating design information with internal teams and external consultants
  • Attend site meetings when required and liaise with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
  • Take a hands-on approach to concept development using hand drawing and digital tools
  • Support and mentor junior designers, contributing positively to studio culture and collaboration

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
