Design with Impact. Influence the Outcome.

Innov8 Workspace Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our Belfast team.

This is a hands-on, design-led role for someone who wants to do more than just follow briefs. You’ll play a key part in shaping creative direction, influencing design decisions, and delivering high-quality commercial interiors across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

About Us

We are a Belfast-based commercial interiors company delivering design, supply, and fit-out solutions across workplace and commercial environments. Our work spans the UK, Ireland, and Europe, combining creative thinking with real-world delivery, ensuring every project is both inspiring and buildable.

The Role

As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll take ownership of projects while working closely with our Head of Design and wider team. You’ll be trusted to contribute ideas, challenge briefs, and help push design quality across the business.

This role offers real variety—from early-stage concepts and visualisation through to technical detailing and on-site delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
