The Crowd are partnering with an inspiring interior architecture and design studio based in London, seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to support upcoming hospitality and commercial projects — all with a strong focus on interiors innovation.

This opportunity targets a creative designer with expertise across all project stages, from initial briefing to client liaison and project coordination. Ideal candidates will also bring medium-to-large-scale projects experience in hospitality, commercial, or high-end residential sectors — paired with confidence in design leadership and a passion for collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initial briefing and client presentations to architectural and consultant coordination
  • Efficiently overhaul FF&E (furniture, fixtures, equipment) selection, procurement, and documentation across multiple projects
  • Drive design concept presentation and contribute professionally in collaborative discussions
  • Oversee and produce technical drawing packages from concept design through construction
  • Attend industry networking events while representing the studio’s innovative vision
  • Mentor junior team members, offering guidance in both project management and design execution

Essential Requirements

Expertise & Experience

  • A degree in architecture, interior architecture, or interior design
  • 5+ years working in design/architecture studios, ideally with a focus on interior architecture
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with precision and team coordination

Core Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (essential)
  • Enscape experience will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client engagements
  • Ability to juggle multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
