Senior Interior Designer

Our Client – An International Architecture & Design Studio

About The Practice

Our client is a highly regarded international architecture and design studio with offices in London and the US, delivering ambitious projects across residential, commercial, workplace and cultural sectors worldwide.

The studio excels in producing thoughtful, high-quality architecture and interiors across diverse scales and typologies. Projects span the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The studio is now seeking an Interior Designer with strong FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) experience to join its London team due to growing project demands.

An experienced Interior Designer is needed to take full ownership of FF&E packages across high-quality UK workplace interior projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating specifications, procurement and supplier relationships
  • Collaborating closely with the wider design team to deliver well-resolved interior environments
  • Ensuring designs meet project requirements and client expectations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead FF&E packages for interior design projects
  • Prepare specifications, schedules, and procurement documentation
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes from UK suppliers
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and suppliers
  • Support the delivery of high-quality workplace interior projects
  • Ensure designs remain aligned with project requirements & client expectations

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in interior design
  • Strong FF&E experience in specification and procurement
  • Essential UK project experience, preferably in London
  • Sound knowledge of UK suppliers, materials, and sourcing processes
  • Experience delivering workplace/office interiors is preferred
  • Strong organisational & coordination skills
  • Revit knowledge is beneficial (advanced Proficiency is not mandatory)
