About the Role:

We are working with a narrative-led interior design studio that is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their close-knit team in their beautiful West London office.

Renowned for creating immersive, atmospheric restaurants, hotels and hospitality projects, the studio is driven by a highly researched design approach. Their storytelling led process results in stunning, crafted spaces that are as meaningful as they are visually compelling.

With an impressive portfolio of international projects across London, Europe and the US, the studio is looking for a talented and experienced designer who can confidently lead projects and teams from concept through to delivery. This is a pivotal senior position for someone who thrives working autonomously while embracing a highly collaborative design culture. You will play a key role in mentoring and inspiring junior designers, building strong client relationships and contributing to the creative direction of the studio.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, design-led practice with a genuinely supportive and engaging team. Based in a light-filled office in one of West London’s most desirable locations, the studio offers hybrid working, an exceptional creative environment and the opportunity to work on highly sought-after hospitality projects across the UK, Europe and the US, with exciting international travel opportunities as projects progress.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
