Videcon are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Internal Account Manager to join our highly successful distribution company in our Fire & Security sales team; based at our Head Office in West Yorkshire. Videcon distribute a range of Fire and Security products used within the security industry. We are a busy, fast-paced team that continues to grow. The whole team numbers 70, around half of whom are in the Sales team. The business has doubled in the past 4 years and we will achieve sales revenue of over £40Million in the current year. We continue to grow well into double digits and have a strategic plan that will see this continue.
A key part of this strategy is to grow and upskill our Internal Sales team based at Head Office. We are looking to increase this team by adding a new Senior Internal Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for a region of accounts inclusive of active, lapsed, and non-spending accounts and will report directly to the Internal Sales Team Leaders. They will work very closely with the Business Development Manager for the area, who spends most of their time visiting customers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
