Audit & Risk Recruitment are delighted to support a mainstay of the FTSE 100 in recruiting an Internal Audit Manager to join their high-performing team.
About the Role
You will report to a supportive Head of Audit and ensure the successful delivery of the internal audit plan. This role, with a focus on Europe, will involve:
- Circa 30% international travel
- A hybrid working model: office-based 2/3 days a week and the rest of the time working from home.
- A mature and collaborative working environment with a strong audit culture
- No direct line management, but ownership of relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver internal audits across Europe, with occasional engagements in other regions as required by the Group.
- Develop strong relationships with management and stakeholders across geographies.
- Aid continuous improvement of internal audit methodology.
- Support:
- The risk assessment process
- The annual audit planning process
- Regional Governance Committees (RGCs)

Requirements
Qualifications & Background
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Formerly with a Big 4/Top 10 background
- Minimum of 2+ years spent in internal audit, ideally within a large PLC environment
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills essential
- Multilingual privileges actively encouraged
