My client is an award-winning, high-growth property management services company. My client is seeking to appoint a Senior Manager to cover maternity leave (12 months).
You’ll oversee the IA team and delivery of the IA plan, you will work across a diverse, fast-paced environment, providing assurance over financial, operational, and compliance processes.
Key Deliverables
- Establish and deliver internal audits across key business areas including finance, procurement, legal, sales and marketing, payroll
- Perform Walkthroughs of key cross-departmental processes and deliver key findings to initiate improvements and refine internal controls
- Review processes, identify opportunities to improve controls and efficiency
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports with practical recommendations
- Support teams across the business to strengthen processes and ensure compliance

- Experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance
- Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes
- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
