At Sally Europe we're passionate about empowering people and businesses to succeed. We're looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join our European Risk & Compliance team, helping ensure strong governance, effective controls, and continuous improvement across our business.

What You'll Be Doing...
As a Senior Internal Auditor, you'll play a key role in strengthening our control environment and supporting the business through insightful audits and recommendations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing, financial control audits, operational audits, and investigations.
- Planning and performing audit procedures including interviews, walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and developing practical recommendations.
- Preparing and maintaining clear, well-documented audit workpapers and reports, leveraging technology and AI tools where appropriate.
- Communicating audit findings to stakeholders and supporting management in addressing control deficiencies.
- Contributing to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

About You...
We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and confident communicating with stakeholders across the business.
You May Be a Great Fit If You Have
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4+ years' experience in corporate internal audit, SOX, or public accounting.
- A professional certification (or working towards one), such as CIA, CISA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively.
Nice To Have (but Not Essential)
- Experience in retail or FMCG.
- Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, IDEA, ACL, or similar.
- Knowledge of IT audit or ERP implementations.
- Additional language skills such as Dutch or French.

Working With Us...
This role is based in our Bracknell office and includes occasional travel (up to approximately 15%) across Europe and occasionally the US. You'll be part of a collaborative international team committed to maintaining strong governance and supporting the business through high-quality auditing and insight.
