Audit & Risk Recruitment are partnering with a global leader in energy projects, in their search for a Senior Internal Auditor to join their established Internal Audit function. This newly created role will see you reporting to the Senior Internal Audit Manager, delivering on a wide variety of global audits.
The business has a large international presence, and play a significant role in the evolving energy landscape. You would join their highly regarded Internal Audit team, gaining exposure to a broad range of business activities, strategic initiatives and operational processes across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and delivering end-to-end audits across financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Offering broad exposure across Projects, Supply Chain, Tendering, and finance.
- Supporting the development of junior team members and the continued growth of the function.
- Due to the nature of the business, circa 20–25% international travel is required, with visits to locations including the Americas and Europe.
Requirements
- A successful candidate will possess an internal audit background gained within a commercial environment, ideally supported by an ACA, ACCA, or CIA qualification.
- The candidate will be capable of analyzing complex business processes, identifying control weaknesses, and delivering practical recommendations that add value to the business.
