Senior Internal Auditor
Global Services Business
Sutton, South London - office 4 days a week Salary negotiable
Astrum Search is working with a leading global services organisation to recruit a Senior Internal Auditor into their growing team.
This is a high-profile role within a specialist audit team, offering the opportunity to deliver end-to-end audit engagements across a complex international business operating in a project-led, capital intensive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, delivery and reporting of internal audit reviews of business units and processes
- Prepare accurate and high quality audit work papers that document work performed
- Summarise audit findings and recommendations for discussion and agreement with auditees
- Assist in drafting of audit reports, identifying associated risks and route causes, proposing recommendations to address issues identified
- Be present and contribute in audit close meetings with management
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the audit methodology and wider governance framework

Skills & Experience:
- An accounting qualification (preferred) with external or internal audit experience gained from a top practice firm or another global business
- Flexible and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time when required
- Strong attention to detail, highly analytical and able to write concise audit reports
