Senior Internal Communications Executive
Location: Hybrid (London - E1 6EG)

What you’ll be doing:
We’re looking for a motivated Internal Communications Executive to join our UK & Ireland communications team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their communications career who is passionate about employee engagement, brings strong storytelling skills, and can translate complex messages into clear, compelling communications that connect people to our purpose and strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Communications, UK & Ireland, you will play a key role in delivering engaging internal communications that support our people, strengthen culture, and bring our strategy to life across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

Internal Communications Delivery
- Support the planning and execution of internal communications aligned to business priorities
- Draft engaging content for multiple channels, including emails, intranet, newsletters and digital screen platforms
- Help translate complex business updates into clear, compelling and relevant communications for employees
- Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and campaigns across UK & Ireland
- Partner with HR and other functions on key programmes such as, wellbeing, ED&I and culture initiatives
- Help bring the employee experience to life through creative storytelling and campaigns
- Track and report on internal communications performance and engagement metrics

Channels & Content
- Manage activity across internal channels (intranet, newsletters, digital screens)
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across all communications
- Contribute to content planning in line with global frameworks

- Leadership & Events Support
- Draft internal communications on behalf of senior leaders, including town hall messaging and updates
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events such as; town halls and webinars
About you:
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has relevant experience or qualifications in internal communications and employee engagement
- Exceptional writer and verbal skills in English, with the ability to create clear, engaging content for different audiences
- Strong relationship-building skills, a proactive ‘can-do’ approach and high emotional intelligence
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all communications
- Ability to create engaging verbal and visual content that aligns with the Adecco Group’s voice and style
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Curious, creative and keen to learn and grow
