We’re looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager for a 9 Month FTC to help bring our strategy, leadership and culture to life for colleagues across the world.
This is your chance to shape how people connect to what we do — and why it matters.
The role
You’ll lead high-impact, corporate-wide engagement campaigns that cut through complexity and inspire action.
- You’ll work closely with senior leaders, including the Executive team, to turn big ideas into clear, meaningful stories that resonate with our people.
- And you’ll help create a culture where communication drives understanding, trust and performance.
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver strategic internal campaigns that connect colleagues to Lloyd’s new strategy
- Shape compelling, clear narratives — including content for our CEO and Executive team
- Partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen leadership visibility and engagement
- Lead the planning and delivery of town halls, leadership forums and campaigns
- Provide trusted advice to senior leaders, helping them communicate with clarity and impact
- Set standards and governance to ensure high-quality, consistent communications
- Use data and insight to measure impact and continuously improve
- Coach others and champion creative, strategic thinking across the team
- Manage agency partners to deliver brilliant, high-quality outputs

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, curious and comfortable working at pace.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders, including C-suite leaders
- Excellent writing skills — you know how to make complex ideas simple and engaging
- Experience creating leadership visibility strategies and engagement programmes
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Sound judgement, strong integrity, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Strong knowledge of internal communications and employee engagement
- Experienced user of digital channel and content creation tools
