About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Internal Recruiter to collaborate with our Talent & Culture Associate Director and deliver end-to-end hiring for our scaling high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities
As Senior Recruiter, you will:
- Work closely with senior leadership to define role requirements and job specifications.
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to:
- Identify and connect with exceptional candidates.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for current vacancies.
- Review inbound applications and conduct pre-screening calls to assess fit.
- Proactively engage with high-potential candidates for CBTax open roles.
- Accurately log candidate notes in Teamtailor (ATS) and track performance metrics.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years’ professional recruitment experience (internal or agency).
Essential Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional candidate sourcing skills.
- Confidence to conduct cold calls.
- Ability to nurture long-term candidate relationships.
- Experience using:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Indeed
- Teamtailor (ATS)
- Savvy in building/maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for talent development.
- Skilled in conducting remote interviews (phone/Teams).
