The Role
Working as part of a collaborative international tax team, you will:
- Oversee UK and international corporate tax compliance and reporting, working closely with outsourced providers
- Support the quarterly tax reporting cycle, including review and analysis of tax positions
- Partner with finance stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
- Play a key role in advisory-led projects, including:
- M&A transactions
- Group refinancings
- Business restructurings and reorganisations
- Provide input on the tax implications of strategic initiatives within a complex, acquisitive group structure
- Engage with senior internal stakeholders, external advisors and auditors

About you
- Qualified (ACA / CTA / ACCA or equivalent)
- Strong background in corporate tax compliance and reporting
- Experience within a large corporate or international environment
- Interest in, or exposure to, transactional/advisory work (M&A, restructuring, financing)
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrix organisation
