Senior Investment Analyst | PE Backed Data Centers | London Hybrid
I’m currently partnering with an innovative, high-growth organisation operating at the forefront of sustainability and infrastructure to hire an Investment Analyst into their dynamic finance team.
This is an incredible opportunity for a commercially minded, analytically strong investment professional to take on a pivotal role in shaping the financial mechanisms driving sustainable infrastructure projects.
The Role Will Involve:
- Supporting live deal execution, with responsibilities across due diligence, data room management, and transaction tracking.
- Conducting valuations of potential and existing private equity and property investments.
- Building and maintaining financial models to support investment decisions.
- Preparing board-level investment cases and presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinating internal and external teams to deliver projects through to Final Investment Decision (FID).
- Undertaking market research and competitive analysis in the infrastructure and property space.

What They’re Looking For:
- Strong financial modelling expertise (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Demonstrated experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or project finance.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing complex financial and investment workflows.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Bonus Points For:
- Experience in Data Centers, infrastructure, energy, or real estate sectors.
- Familiarity with SPVs, intercompany structures, or asset-level economics.
- A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA).
