Stanford Real Estate Partners are working with a privately owned real estate investment and development business/asset manager based in Cambridge to source a Senior Investment Analyst. The company focuses on operational real estate assets and are backed by substantial capital and have an ambitious growth strategy.
With multiple projects already underway, an active pipeline and plans for further expansion, this newly created Senior Investment Analyst role offers significant exposure to development and asset management strategies with excellent opportunities for career progression.
Salary offered is £60k - £65k plus bonus and benefits. 3 days hybrid working offered

Duties & Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining detailed real estate financial models for acquisitions, developments and asset management initiatives.
- Undertaking cash flow modelling, investment appraisals and return analysis, including IRR, NPV, equity multiples and debt metrics.
- Supporting the underwriting of new investment opportunities and assisting in the preparation of investment committee papers.
- Conducting sensitivity analysis, scenario modelling and risk assessments to evaluate investment performance under varying assumptions.
- Reviewing and challenging existing models, assumptions and business plans, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- The Senior Investment Analyst will also be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis to support development, asset management and portfolio optimisation activities.
- Analysing portfolio performance, leasing activity and asset-level business plans.
- Assisting with debt financing, refinancing processes and lender reporting requirements.

Education & Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in real estate investment analysis.
- Advanced financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to carry out DCF, IRR and NPV calculations and build models from scratch.
- The Senior Investment Analyst should be a confident, outgoing and motivated personality.
