Senior Investment Director / Chief Officer – Infrastructure, Energy Transition & Digital
We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Director / Chief Officer – Infrastructure, Energy Transition & Digital to join a growing infrastructure and energy transition investment platform. This is a senior role for a commercially minded investor who can originate, execute, and manage investments across renewables and broader infrastructure.
This position can be based in either London or the UAE.
The Role
You will play a leading role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments, with a strong focus on renewables and energy transition assets. You will work closely with senior leadership and capital partners to deploy capital across the UK and selected European markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Originate and lead investments in energy transition and infrastructure
- Drive acquisitions from origination through execution
- Lead due diligence, structuring, and transaction processes
- Prepare and present high-quality investment committee materials
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, advisors, and capital partners
- Structure Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and co-investment frameworks with institutional investors
- Support portfolio management and value creation initiatives
Candidate Profile
- 15 - 20 + years’ minimum relevant investment experience
- Proven track record in infrastructure or energy transition investing
- Strong experience in UK renewables, including Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar, and wind (Data Centres is a plus)
- European market exposure (Germany, Italy, Nordics) highly desirable, with the ability to originate in these markets
- Broader infrastructure experience (e.g., digital infrastructure) a plus
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading transactions and due diligence processes
- Comfortable working with institutional capital partners
- Additional European language skills are a strong advantage
