New Business & Commercial Execution
  • Prospect and qualify high-value stakeholders globally (UK and international)
  • Own the full deal cycle, from first conversation to closure—leveraging specialised support where value is added
  • Translate client needs into actionable investment solutions across GenTwo’s offerings
Client Activation & Expansion
  • Activate early product adoption by establishing clear expectations and optimising internal handovers
  • Maximise revenue per client by identifying and leveraging cross-sell opportunities
Sales Discipline & Market Feedback
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline, backed by robust forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Drive data- and AI-supported sales to align strategies with the evolving market
  • Package market insights into targeted sales plays, GTM, and new-offer development

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of professional financial services experience:
    • Structured products
    • Securitisation/SPVs
    • Capital markets
    • Asset management
    • Investment banking
    • or adjacent institutional B2B roles
  • Strong existing network among banks, asset managers, wealth managers, family offices, and crypto/institutional clients
  • A track record of winning high-value, complex sales in regulated environments
  • Business acumen to:
    • Articulate technical detail with unwavering clarity
    • Manure pipelines and follow-ups efficiently
    • Manage CRM with high precision
  • Fluency in English (German/French a distinct asset)
  • Must hold or be eligible for a UK work permit
