Senior Mobile Software Engineer – iOS
Hybrid: North Bristol office (3 days per week)
£60,000 – £75,000 | + Bonus | Industry Leading Benefits
We're excited to be recruiting for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer (iOS) to join a growing SaaS business operating in highly regulated, safety-critical industries.
Think mission-critical products, real technical ownership, and an experienced engineering team, all without the bureaucracy of a larger corporate.
Joining a close-knit mobile team, you'll help drive the next generation of a best-in-class iOS app used by frontline teams who depend on it working reliably, connectivity or not.
The Headlines
- A senior, hands-on iOS role with genuine architectural influence, working across a codebase with real depth (Swift and Objective-C side by side), and offline-first functionality at its core.
- You'll mentor peers, shape technical direction, and have a direct say in how the app evolves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
