Compensation: €90K - €100K
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a high-growth fintech organization who is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to collaborate directly with product and design teams. In this fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will transform pixel-perfect, responsive designs into high-performance, deployed features. This role requires an engineer obsessed with user experience and dedicated to delivering a top-tier product.
Speed, execution capability, and the aptitude to design elegant solutions will position this individual as a foundational pillar of the engineering team. The organization aims to revolutionize the financial technology industry and establish a new paradigm, requiring exceptional technical minds to achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities
Core Development: Lead the development and continuous improvement of the primary iOS application Web3 Integration: Explore Web3 technologies and integrate crypto wallet experiences directly into the iOS application Collaborative Execution: Work closely with product and design teams to rapidly develop and deploy responsive, high-fidelity interfaces Quality & Optimization: Maintain high standards for core application features, including analytics, translations, A/B testing, accessibility, memory optimization, and snapshot testing
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to craft exceptional iOS applications using Swift, Xcode, and Instruments Deployment Experience: Demonstrated experience shipping applications to the App Store, with a strong understanding of App Store Review processes and guidelines Architecture & Methodology: A solid grasp of state-of-the-art iOS architectures and agile development methodologies Testing Standards: Experience utilizing unit and snapshot testing to ensure clean, testable, and reliable code Engineering Mentality: The ability to develop, debug, test, and deploy complex Swift projects independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-first attitude

Preferred Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience building visually stunning iOS Swift applications Precision: An exceptional eye for detail with a pixel-perfect focus on UI/UX implementation

However, an introductory call can be readily arranged upon candidate request Take-Home Technical Assessment: A practical exercise designed to showcase coding standards and architectural approaches Technical Interview & Review: A session with the mobile engineering team consisting of a general technical Q&A and a collaborative review of the take-home assessment Behavioral Interview: A final conversation focused on team alignment, core values, and collaborative culture
