What You’ll Do
Lead the IoT Commercial negotiations for local and regional access and support the VRS negotiations with Roaming partners on behalf of Vodafone IoT. Deliver a world class roaming cost base and interact with key entities (e.g. Vodafone Roaming Services, GSMA) to maintain and enhance IoT’s leadership position.
Key responsibilities are to work with, and through other, to optimise the Vodafone IOT commercial:
- To provide the best global roaming and Local IMSI solution support to our customers through our commercial offering maximising the ability to win business
- Drive cost improvements on the roaming footprint negotiations and ensure the existing customer support infrastructure (>€70m p.a. cost) is commercially optimised through optimising roaming groups and via OTA campaigns to steering data traffic to the least cost networks
- Collaborating with our partners to build the world’s best commercial global IoT network including partnerships with mobile operators outside of the Vodafone footprint
- Collate and create all roaming information used in customer bids, bid P&L documents, service open, multiple countries, costs, forward looking rates, network usage
- Managing and expand the IoT roaming and Local IMSI footprint through new commercial negotiations
- Negotiations with 3rd parties to constantly improve the cost per GB and optimise the existing customer solutions (>€70m p.a.)
- Lead all discussions with 3rd parties (JV/partners, GSMA etc…) and OpCo’s in relation to Global IOT IMSIs and roaming
- Ensure all roaming information required by the IoT commercial team to support customer bids is provided timely and accurately

Who You Are
- Extensive (>10 years) Negotiation experience across roaming and commercial functions in the telecommunications and/or IT sector
- Commercial and Finance acumen to profitably drive both established and new differentiated services in a competitive market
- Proven strategic thinking related to commercial negotiations
- Demonstrable record to operate and be effective within a diverse international environment
- Proven stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- Commercial education

- Yearly bonus: 20%
- Company car: company funded car of £580 per month + private fuel or cash alternative of £630 per month
