Senior iPaaS Architects / Consultants – Boomi
Role: Contract (5 Days On-Site in London, UK)
About the Role
Design and manage comprehensive end-to-end integration architectures on the Boomi platform, establishing patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks to ensure scalability, maintainability, and enterprise alignment.
Lead the technical delivery of complex integration programs, providing hands-on Boomi AtomSphere, MFT, and API Management expertise to deliver high-quality solutions.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Boomi across the organization, advising stakeholders on best practices, platform capabilities, and roadmap decisions while translating business requirements into robust technical designs.
Implement and enforce integration governance, including coding standards, error handling patterns, deployment pipelines, and testing frameworks, to drive consistency and reduce technical debt.

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, maintainable integration architectures on Boomi, adhering to enterprise standards
- Lead technical delivery of complex Boomi projects involving AtomSphere, Master File Transfer (MFT), and API Management
- Act as the Boomi governance champion, ensuring consistency in coding standards, deployment pipelines, and testing frameworks
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs and solutions
- Advise stakeholders on Boomi best practices, roadmap decisions, and platform capabilities
- Mentor junior developers, conduct design and code reviews, and foster knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive integration governance and technical excellence

Requirements
Technical Skills & Expertise
- Proven experience as a Senior iPaaS Architect with a strong focus on Boomi technologies
- Hands-on expertise in Boomi AtomSphere, MFT, and API Management
- Experience defining integration frameworks, scalability patterns, and governance standards
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, coding standards, and deployment pipelines
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Soft Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong mentorship and collaborative leadership skills
Experience
- Deep professional experience in Boomi integrations and business process knowledge
