Senior IR & Corporate Affairs Analyst

Senior Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs Analyst

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid, with regular travel to London)

About the Role

At Domino’s, Finance isn’t just about the numbers, it’s about how we tell our story.

As our Senior Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs Analyst, you’ll help shape how we communicate with investors, analysts, and the wider market. You’ll turn performance into insight, data into clear messaging, and support high-impact conversations that influence how the business is understood externally.

You’ll be working closely with our Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs and senior stakeholders across Finance and beyond. This role offers real visibility, letting you witness first-hand how strategic decisions come to life.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate broking, or a similar finance or communications role, with deep insights into capital markets
  • Confidence in analysing financial data, including financial statements and valuation concepts, with a keen eye for detail
  • Clear communication skills to translate complex information into straightforward, engaging presentations and written materials
  • Strong relationship-building abilities that command credibility when working with senior stakeholders, investors, and external partners
  • An analytical and proactive approach—able to interpret trends, prioritise tasks, and take ownership of high-impact work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
