What You’ll Do

As a Senior IT Architect (CRM & Enterprise Solutions), you’ll:

  • Advise clients on technology strategies that ensure CRM architectures are scalable, robust, and future-proof.
  • Evaluate and coach client technology teams to define strategies, design solutions, and drive transformation.
  • Develop and grow by tackling new and complex challenges daily.
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring full-system integration (ERP, data lakes, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD frameworks).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end CRM strategies that align with enterprise goals, delivering value across:
    • Marketing
    • Sales
    • Service
    • Customer Experience (CX)
  • Evaluate and integrate CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CX, etc.) based on client needs.
  • Architect robust, scalable CRM solutions, seamlessly integrating with:
    • ERP systems
    • Data platforms (Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.)
    • Analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
    • External systems (IoT, third-party APIs)
  • Lead transformational projects, ensuring quote-to-cash, lead-to-cash, and service management workflows align with digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to:
    • Define CRM technology roadmaps.
    • Guide build-vs-buy decisions.
    • Ensure seamless system integration across functions.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on CRM systems.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms:
    • Salesforce
    • SAP
    • Microsoft Dynamics
    • Oracle CX Cloud
  • Proven track record in delivering complex CRM integrations with:
    • Data Lakes
    • ERP systems
    • Analytics platforms
    • Messaging & middleware systems (APIs, event-driven architectures)
  • Experience with commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce) and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Knowledge of legacy system remediation, including:
    • Strangler pattern architectures
    • Micro-frontends & API-led integrations
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Modern architecture patterns (cloud-native, microservices, serverless).
    • CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery mechanisms.
  • Expertise in end-to-end business processes, including:
    • Lead-to-Quote
    • Quote-to-Cash
    • Service Management & Marketing
  • An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities for cross-functional teams & C-level engagements.
  • Travel readiness for global client deployments.
