What You’ll Do
BCG Platinion seeks experienced ERP Transformation Consultants to join our Enterprise Solutions practice, focusing on:
- Sourcing
- Business case development
- Strategic Project Management Office (PMO) leadership
You’ll guide clients through the lifecycle of ERP transformation—spanning strategy, roadmapping, implementation, and value realization—with a specific focus on SAP-enabled programs.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic PMO Leadership
- Establish and maintain programme governance
- Ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and alignment with business value

Business Case & Value Management
- Construct and deliver robust business cases
- Link technical outcomes to measurable business benefits

Methodology Application
- Adopt leading practices such as SAP Activate
- Excelling in template management, release planning, and process modeling

End-to-End Process Integration
- Design and govern integrated business processes
- Focus on key SAP workloads (LoB) such as:
- Purchase-to-Pay
- Order-to-Cash
- Record-to-Report
- Hire-to-Retire

Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary technical/business interface with senior leaders
- Influence critical decisions in large-scale organizations

- Team Leadership
- Direct or indirectly oversee high-performing delivery teams across vendors and geographies
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in ERP systems
- Consulting experience, ideally from a Tier 1/Tier 2 strategy firm or Systems Integrator (SI), demonstrating:
- End-to-end leadership in major ERP programs
- Ownership of multiple ERP modules or workstreams across the lifecycle
- Strong SAP functional expertise across domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement), with practical knowledge of cross-module integration
- Business case development and value management skills
- Experience leveraging AI-enriched tools to enhance:
- Analysis
- Solution design and documentation
- Testing and certification
- PMO reporting
- Awareness of AI use cases in ERP/SAP environments, including:
- Machine learning analytics
- Automation
- Embedded copilot tools
Advantageous
- Completion of a university degree in STEM or business management
- Advanced qualifications, such as:
- MBA
- MSc in related fields
